OUR ONLINE STORE POLICY
All items in our shop are handmade so we require 1-5 working days are needed to create and personalize your order. Once we send your order you will receive email confirmation with your TRACKING NUMBER.
CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES
International buyers may have to pay customs fees or taxes for some orders. It’s always a good idea to see how much you can purchase from other countries before any customs fees are applied. The buyer is responsible for any fees, duty or taxes in your own country.

There are facilities on this website (the Contact us Form and the custom order Form) where you will be invited to submit personal information such as your name, your address and your contact details. *PLEASE NOTE:
- All sales are final. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please notify us immediately after your package arrives.
- We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.
- Returned products must be in an absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please include any and all relevant paperwork when returning your goods.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Orders older than 30 days will not be refunded or replaced.
All sales are final. No refunds given unless item is damaged upon arrival. Item must be returned before refund will be issued. All returns must be processed within 30 days of initial purchase.
